Confirmation
All registered delegates will be sent a confirmation e-mail to confirm registration details. This letter should be checked carefully to ensure that all requirements are correct. In particular, the spelling of names and affiliations should be checked, as this information will be used to create badges. Confirmation e-mails also act as a receipt, and should also contain venue maps and delegate information. Please bring the letter with you to the conference.

Getting to Horsham
By Car Horsham is less than an hours journey from London and is 45 minutes drive from the motorway network.
Horsham is also 45 minutes drive from south coast towns and beaches such as Worthing and Brighton.
Those driving to Novartis are advised that they will be parking in the Staff car park on Parsonage Road. From there delegates will be escorted to the registration desk.

By Train There are direct rail links from London and Gatwick Airport to Horsham Station.
Once you have arrived in Horsham the best way to reach the venue is by taxi, or to walk if the weather is fine.
If you are travelling to Horsham by train please visit the Railtrack (www.railtrack.co.uk) web site for a route planner.
By Air London Gatwick is the nearest airport to Horsham and is only 20 minutes drive from Horsham town. The airport is serviced by national and international flights.
If you are travelling from Gatwick to Horsham via bus/coach, please contact Jetlink - +44 (0)870 5747777, the local operator, for details.
If you are travelling from London Heathrow Airport you should travel to London Victoria Station via the tube. You will start your journey on the Piccadilly Line and later change to the Eastbound Circle or District lines once you have reached central London. At London Victoria change for a main line train to Horsham.
