Translation UK is an annual meeting for a research community interested in understanding the mechanisms and control of mRNA translation and its implications for development, disease, agriculture and biotechnology.
It aims to:
- Provide a forum for UK and European scientists working in this field to meet, present their latest findings and exchange ideas and potentially establish new research collaborations.
- Provide opportunities for junior researchers to present their work and engage with leaders in this research field.
- Invite speakers to enhance the meeting program and the stature of the UK translation field.
Topics in this meeting may be invited to submit to our journal, Biochemical Society Transactions, or other publication published by Portland Press, the wholly-owned trading subsidiary of the Biochemical Society.
Oral communication slots are available at this meeting. All attendees, particularly researchers in the early stages of their career, are invited to submit a poster abstract for consideration as an oral communication.
