European Cytoskeletal Forum - Cell Adhesion and Migration

20—23 June 2016

Robinson College, Cambridge, UK

A Biochemical Society Focused Meeting

Cell adhesion and migration are essential for proper embryonic development and deregulation of these fundamental processes can result in disease.
The annual meeting of the European Cytoskeletal Forum, this year organised as a focussed meeting of the Biochemical Society, UK, brings together new and established scientists from a wide range of disciplines, including biochemists, biophysicists and cell biologists to discuss recent advances in cell migration and adhesion. Topics covered include actin dynamics, cytoskeleton-membrane interactions, signalling in motility, adhesion, and migration during development and disease.

Actin dynamics
Regulation of cell migration
Cell-matrix adhesion
Cell migration in disease
Cell migration during development

Topics covered in this meeting will be published in Biochemical Society Transactions

Abstract deadline: 15 April 2016

Earlybird registration deadline: 15 April 2016

Oral communication slots are available at this meeting. All attendees, particularly researchers in the early stages of their career, are invited to submit a poster abstract for consideration as an oral communication.

Student Bursaries and Full and Early Career Bursaries are available for this meeting.
