Biochemical Society membership runs for 12 or 36 months from the date of joining.

Members of the Biochemical Society receive access to two of the Society’s journals, the Biochemical Journal and Biochemical Society Transactions. To receive your membership access to these two journals, please email email@example.com.
You can request a letter confirming your membership and the date that you joined the Society by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The letter will be emailed to you as a PDF, and you should allow 5 working days for your request to be processed.
Biochemical Society members are entitled to a 50% discount on membership to the Royal Society of Biology. To apply for this discount, please contact the Royal Society of Biology with your Biochemical Society membership number, so that they can verify your eligibility.
