Our Policy Network

We rely on our members to shape our activities in the policy sphere, and one key channel we use to hear the views of our members is the Policy Network.

The Policy Network is a group of Society members who are interested in policy, and are given opportunities to feed into our policy work. They are also the first to hear about policy events and opportunities from the Society or our partner organisations.

Policy Spotlights

Policy Spotlights are how the Policy Network feed into our work. They take the form of short surveys, and aim to gather views, opinions and concerns of members of the Policy Network relating to specific policy topics.

Contributions from Policy Network members feed into our consultation responses, position statements and other policy outputs, ensuring that we capture the views of our community.

Past Policy Spotlight topics have included open scholarship, genetically modified organisms, education and skills, and immigration and Brexit.
