To celebrate the special collection in our journal, Bioscience Reports, this webinar welcomed Dr Alberto Javier Ramos and Dr Kathryn Bowles to discuss the role of glial cells and neuron-glia interactions in the molecular mechanisms of neurological diseases.

During the session, our speakers uncovered how astrocytes are pathologically altered by epigenetic modifications, contributing to the long-term alterations underlying epileptogenesis as well as revealing new insights from modelling neuron-glia interactions in iPSC models of neurodegenerative disease.
