Understanding our community

For over 100 years we’ve been supporting the molecular bioscience community across all career stages, always striving to provide what you need, when you need it.

Over the last few months, to help us in our mission, we’ve undertaken a market research project to better understand our community and inform our offering.  We’ve worked alongside an expert consultant in the project, which has involved a range of initiatives to gather the feedback of members and non-members, such as community surveys, polls, and in-depth interviews.

The valuable insights gathered will help us to understand how we’re perceived, identify any gaps in support we currently offer, and shape our future activities to serve the whole community. 

All participants across the member, non-member and volunteer surveys had the chance to enter a prize draw, and we’re delighted to announce our voucher winners. Congratulations to:
