In this webinar, our invited speaker delved into the possibilities of obtaining structural insights into phosphorylated nucleosome (pS139-H2Ax), in the presence and absence of BRCT domain containing repair factors.

From developing effective methods of preparing nucleosomes and phosphorylated nucleosome, Rashmi used a variety of biochemical tools to confirm binding of these BRCT domains with phosphorylated nucleosome as well as cryo-EM to decipher the structures of modified nucleosomes.
