Redox – The Good, The Bad and The Unexpected 2026

Scientific meeting

16 Nov 2026 - 18 Nov 2026

UK

Date: 16 - 18 November 2026 (subject to change)

Location: University of Cambridge, UK (subject to change)

Join us in a celebration of the latest research in redox biology.

This Biochemical Society meeting will take place in Cambridge (UK) and will have a particular focus on early career researchers (ECRs), including two Biochemical Society Prize Medal winners.

In addition to talks from the invited speakers, there are slots set aside for speakers through submitted abstracts, and we particularly encourage ECRs (students, postdoctoral researchers and junior PIs) to apply for these.

The remit of the meeting will be broad and will encompass multiple themes, including redox regulation of protein function in health and disease, evolutionary insights into redox biology, hypoxia and redox cofactors, redox involvement in cell death and translating redox biochemistry into the clinic.

We are excited to see you in Cambridge for what will be a great opportunity for networking and brainstorming on redox!
