This timely two-day meeting brought together membrane protein structural biology experts to present their recent work on membrane proteins involved in different aspects of human health, disease and cellular functions. The talks covered the structure and mechanism of membrane protein transporters, channels and G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). The meeting brought together experts from both academia and industry to foster collaborative efforts.

Oral communication slots were available at this meeting. All attendees, particularly researchers in the early stages of their career, were invited to submit a poster abstract for consideration as an oral communication.
