Her oversight of strategic marketing and communications supports a transition towards research‑led, audience‑focused communications, and as a champion for EDI Sarah directs inclusive practice in governance, communications, and broader organisational strategy.

Sarah provides the secretariat function to the Finance and Audit Committees, EDI Advisory Panel and the Nominations Panel, alongside general governance services. Sarah also provides executive assistant support to the CEO as required.

Leading the Marketing and Communications team, Sam is responsible for the delivery of marketing and communications for the Group. Ensuring balanced promotional support for the Group’s activities and objectives, overseeing branding, messaging, and management of external-facing channels.

Working closely with colleagues across all departments, including events, grants, publishing, education, and community engagement, Rupa oversees the implementation of marketing and communications activity for the Group. Rupa also has oversight of all social media channels, helping to deliver balanced promotion of the Group's resources and initiatives.
